Executive Director
Matt Jackson
Matt Jackson has worked in the entertainment industry, as a television executive, a television agent, and a development executive for several leading companies. Matt is known for his stellar eye for talent, as well as his creative passion for storytelling, development acumen and finesse for finding success.
Some of the companies Matt has collaborated with include: 21 Laps, ABC, Amazon, Buchwald Entertainment, Disney Channel, Freeform, FX, HBO, Hulu, OWN, Rebel Entertainment Partners, Nickelodeon, TBS and Netflix. Through these opportunities, Matt has launched some of today’s leading names.
Matt's creativity and passion for equality and led him to co-create On the Lot Productions, combining talent and writers for today’s diverse marketplace.
Matt hosts a weekly podcast, “Be Bold & Be Heard” which celebrates people from all walks of life. Simple conversations that remind us of our creative human nature. Matt is currently consulting with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on an inclusion project for media accessibility.
Matt’s educational background includes the University of California - Los Angeles in business and film studies as well as an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Theater Arts from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Matt has a strong
personal and professional belief in diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Stacey Pianko, CSA
Stacey began her career as an assistant on “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”. Once decidedly in love with casting, she went on to work at Disney/Touchstone Features and continued her journey training under some of the top casting directors in the business

Under her supervision as a Talent Executive at Disney Channel stars such as Shia LaBeouf, Hilary Duff, Kat Dennings, Lindsay Lohan, Kat Graham, and Kaley Cuoco found their launching pad very early in their successful careers.
Immediately following that stint, Stacey began a casting company with casting partner Orly Sitowitz.
Stacey has had the pleasure of working with prominent directors/producers as James Cameron, Troy Miller, Adam Shankman, Jada Pinkett Smith, Herskovitz/Zwick, Ed Harris, Matthew Carnahan, and Howard Gordon, among others.
She is currently working on casting several Independent Feature Films as well as private audition coaching.
Stacey earned a B.A. from Michigan State University with a major in Education and a minor in Art History.
