On the Lot founders Matt Jackson and Stacey Pianko met while working at Disney Channel as Talent Executives.  They continue to work in the entertainment industry as a talent representative, television producer and casting director.  Their guided instruction provides a 360° viewpoint of a challenging and rewarding industry.
